Increased responsibilities for Schiller

Manitowoc crane has added Latin America to Ingo Schilller’s responsibilities as vice president of sales and marketing for the Americas.

Schiller will now be responsible for sales and marketing efforts for all Manitowoc crane brands throughout the Americas.

Dave Birkhauser, senior vice president of sales, Americas, said: “Despite market conditions around the world, Latin America still represents a significant growth opportunity for Manitowoc. By combining sales and marketing management of this region under Schiller, we hope to continue capitalising on those opportunities.”

Schiller joined Manitowoc in January 2008 as vice president of sales and marketing for mobile cranes in the Americas, after spending nearly 20 years with Liebherr.
