A reader in the UK has sent in a photo of two men working on a building from an alloy scaffold and staging board set-up on Bradford Road, Dewsbury, around two weeks ago. Definitely Death Wish 67.

The two men on one of the worst platforms we have seen

Our reader says that the company using this shockingly substandard access platform is no ‘fly by night cowboy’ but a well know reputable company. Clearly they don’t do too much work at height?

The two men were working down the entire length of the façade - platform. There are so many problems with this arrangement that it is hard to know where to start, and hard to understand who would have erected such a platform. How many can you spot?
