New Liebherr 60 tonne truck crane

Liebherr has introduced the LTF 1060-4.1, a 60 tonne truck crane, its largest to date. Details are still scarce but it would appear that the new crane uses the same boom as the LTM1055-3.2.
There are now three truck cranes in the range including the 35 tonne LTF1035 and the 45 tonne LTF1045.

The new 60 tonne Liebherr LTF1060-4.1.

The latest crane has a 60 tonne maximum lift capacity at 2.5 metre radius. The 40 metre, four section, main boom gives an under hook height of just over 40 metres which improves to almost 57 metres with the 16 metre double folding jib.
The four axle carrier, supplied by the customer, is a Scania CB 8x4 MHZ giving an overall length of 11.35 metres. Outrigger spread is just less than seven metres by seven metres.
The crane engine is a Liebherr four cylinder turbo diesel producing 129kW and total counterweight is 10.2 tonnes.
