Merlo offers upgraded 17m
Merlo is offering an upgraded ‘Plus’ version of its 17 metre Panoramic P40.17 telehandler.

The Merlo P40.17 Plus
The standard P40.17 has an analogue control package, with conventional instrumentation, while the new ‘P40.17 Plus’ features the company’s MERlin digital control package, giving direct readouts of all engine and control parameters, lift capacity etc… on a digital operator display unit.

The operators benefits from more concise and highly accurate information, while the owner benefits from the standard inclusion of an electronic anti-theft immobiliser as well as a full suite of diagnostic service tools.
With all machine functions running through the CanBus electronics; hot-wiring the fuel pump is not going to work!
All Merlo telehandlers are also automatically registered in the CESAR database and carry recognition datatags.
The P40.17 Plus models also benefit from an engine uprate as they utilise the 88kW (140HP) version of the 4-cylinder Deutz engine.
