Certex says that the manufacturing facility has been set up to enhance its range of services to the offshore market and will be run in conjunction with the company’s regional centre in Aberdeen.
Certex’s regional business manager, Davy Young said: “We have worked hard to recruit the services of very experienced local personnel, who have been making wire rope sling assemblies in the area for many years. This means that we can ensure workmanship and product knowledge to the very highest of standards.”
