Kimberly boosts big boom fleet

UK based aerial lift rental company Kimberly Access has added eight big JLG booms to its fleet.

The purchase includes four 125ft/38m platform height 1250AJP articulated booms and four 135ft/41m JLG 1350SJP straight booms.

The company says that the units which are fully refurbished, rather than brand new models, will strengthen its offering in the big boom market.

Until now Kimberly’s largest boom was the 38 metre Genie S125, the company was the ninth largest in the 2009 Cranes & Access top 30 UK/Ireland aerial lift rental fleets.
