Trailer lifts, truck mounts, spiders, scaffold towers, and some even try and get away with ladders.

In Norwich, England, this year they are taking no chances and using a 125ft JLG 125AJ self propelled articulated boom for the job.

Hopefully with many crane and aerial lift companies being quieter this year, more local authorities and other organisations will use the proper equipment to lift trees into place, and put up Christmas decorations.

It would be nice to have no decoration related horrors for once..
