A reader from California spotted a team of men with crane, platform ladders and make-do working methods on a large billboard in San Diego…Death Wish?

The boom lift levelled up with rough wood packing

One man is working from a self propelled boom lift, guiding the load in or out of the billboard. The boom is levelled up on small rough stacks of wood. However another man is casually sitting astride the top of the board while another is hanging on the side and a third seems to be doing something on the top of a ladder.
