Benco Rent adds Genie
Antwerp, Belgium, based rental company Bencorent has taken delivery of eight new Genie telehandlers, a Genie S85 boom lift and a number of small scissor lifts.
The telehandler package includes two seven metre GTH 3007, two 13 metre GTH 4013 SX and one 17 metre GTH 4017 SX, plus a 20 metre GTH 4020R and two 22 metre GTH 5022R 360 degree Telehandlers. All units are equipped with all available accessories, including: hydraulic winch, hydraulic jib, remote controls, lifting hook, and work platforms.

Bencorent was established around six years ago by entrepreneur Benny Heylen who had previously built a business in the steel construction industry. He purchased his first aerial lifts for his own use and began renting it out to other contractors on the same jobsite.

As demand grew, he added to the rental activity today the company operates around 80 machines, a mix of scissor lifts, telescopic and articulated booms, telehandlers and generators.
The fleet includes Genie, JLG and Hitachi machines, Heylen purchased his first telehandler over 12 years ago, an Italmachine Girolift 4020 the brand that was acquired by Terex and now branded as Genie. The new machines were purchased through Belgian distributor Allift Michielsens.
