New access manager at Manitou
François Desbriere, 34, has taken over from Christian Lajous as product manager for access equipment - Maniaccess - at Manitou.
Desbriere has an engineering background and returns from Manitou’s Australian subsidiary. Speaking of his new appointment he said: “in the lift platform market, there is still a huge amount of work to do in the developing countries. Especially in terms of safety.”

Lajous has moved to a new role where he is responsible for pricing strategies for all of the group’s products.
