350 JCB scissor lifts for Sunbelt

The UK division of Ashtead’s Sunbelt Rentals has placed a £65 million order with JCB for 2,100 machines, including 350 scissor lifts and a large number of telehandlers. The order also includes excavators, dumpers and Rough Terrain forklifts. The units have already started to come off the production line, with the order passing through local dealer Greenshields JCB with delivery to Sunbelt’s 200 locations in the UK.

We have performed strongly throughout the pandemic and this significant order supports our determination to maintain and expand our market leadership position within the UK.”
