Aarse joins LGMG
China’s Lingong Group Jinan Heavy Machinery – LGMG -has appointed industry veteran Hans Aarse as senior advisor Europe.

Hans Aarse
Aarse retired from his position as Benelux regional manager for IPAF in late 2017
for more information see Hans Aarse to retire He has spent most of his career in the crane and access industry, having started in 1976 with Coles and JLG dealer for the Netherlands Van Kranenburg, moving to rental company and Grove Manlift dealer Gunco in 1982 leaving for health reasons in 2000. Since then he has worked with the Vertikal Press and most recently IPAF.
The move follows the opening of a European base in Spijkenisse at the South of Rotterdam at the end of September.

The new distribution centre includes an inventory of new slab electric scissor lifts, ready for rapid delivery to its dealer network, along with a parts warehouse and service support role. The company is planning to appoint an international sales manager in the next month or two and is initially focusing on the Benelux region and the UK.

LGMG stocks CE slab electric scissor lifts at its Netherlands facility
The company plans to add larger electric scissor lifts, heavy duty RT scissors and boom lifts, both articulated and telescopic up to 80ft, with CE versions likely to debut at Bauma in April.
LGMG is part of Lingong Machinery Group a top four Chinese manufacturer of construction Machinery with 12,000 employees and high tech production facilities.
