The crane boom caught four men

The crew was working on a bridge on Tenn. 424 in Carroll County, around three miles east of Interstate 70 between Cedar Grove and Clarksburg.
The crane a lattice boomed Little Giant of some vintage, appears to have simply dropped its boom suddenly, either due to a pendant failure or of the derricking gear. We do not know who owns the crane.
