Ritchies achieve new record

The latest Ritchie Brothers equipment auction in Moerdijk Holland, recorded sales of €51.4 million a new European auction record.

The American based Auctioneer also benefited from the low dollar, the proceeds converted to a whopping $68 million.

The sale included a good number of cranes, telehandlers and Access units, continuing a recent trend.

The next Ritchie Moerdijk auction is scheduled for the first week in March 2005.
