CPA updates Model Conditions

The UK’s equipment rental association the CPA has published its updated model terms & conditions for the plant hire industry, they take effect from July 1st.

The changes reflect current laws, regulations and technology and incorporate some significant changes and improvements on the current 2001 conditions.

Association members which use the CPA conditions should send a copy of the new terms/ model conditions to their customers prior to the July 1 implementation date and they should apply to all rental contracts that commence after that date.
