New CFO at Tat Hong

Wong Hein Jee, group chief financial officer and company secretary of Singapore based Tat Hong has resigned to pursue other career opportunities. He will leave the company on 31st August.

He will be replaced by Lional Tseng, 56, who joins the company at the start of August and will assume Wong’s responsibilities from 1st September. He will have overall responsibility for the Group’s financial and other corporate functions, including treasury, tax, risk management and investor relations.

Tseng brings more than 30 years of wide experience in finance, tax and treasury management in diverse businesses including real estate development and construction, IT, architectural and engineering consulting, F & B and international trading. He has held similar positions in large companies and has undertaken major corporate financial and merger and acquisition transactions in Singapore and various ASEAN countries including China and India.
