New sales & marketing VP for Manitou

Manitou has appointed Henri Brisse as vice-president, sales & marketing across all brands and regions, he joins the company from today and will sit on the executive committee.

Brisse, 49, will have overall responsibility for all commercial operations for the group, including Gehl and Manitou worldwide. He began his career in the car industry with Ford in 1984, moving to Rover France in 1996 with responsibility for sales and marketing.

His next move was to Nissan Europe in 2001, followed by a stint with Nissan Italie before joining Chantiers Bénéteau a premium boat manufacturer in 2005 as vice president for worldwide sales and marketing.
