Scaffold company Director banned

Trevor Rowbotham, who previously headed scaffold company Embassy scaffolding of Rainham, Essex, has been banned from holding any directorships of management positions for five years.

Embassy scaffold went into liquidation on 2003 after Rowbotham was found to have withheld £144,000 of VAT that the company had collected and yet made payments to other creditors and suppliers.
