The takeover of the Falck Schmidt aerial lift business by Denka has now been completed. The two producers will continue to operate from their prospective bases in Holbaek and Odense, with Denka concentrating on trailer lifts while Falck Schmidt focuses on Spider lifts and truck and van mounts.

The new Denka DLX 15 Trailer lift

Managing director of the new company is Michael Falck Schmidt while cousin Brian Falck Schmidt becomes sales and marketing director. The logo for the new business will be the Falck Schmidt Falcon.

Nils Bo Mølhom, previously managing director of director, will continue to run Denka as a director but has decided to leave the company at the end of May.
