Terex confirms AmQuip Order
As reported by Vertikal.Net during Conexpo last Week AmQuip has placed a $30 million order with Terex-Peiner to boost its growing tower crane rental business, in all AmQuip spent $60 million on tower cranes last week. See reports

Philadelphia based AmQuip is one of the largest crane rental company's in the US, decided recently to invest heavily in its tower crane business, a relatively new venture for the company. The AmQuip tower crane fleet will be based on Potain and Peiner products and looks set to rapidly take market leadership in this fast growing market.

The contract with Terex covers a total value of $30 Million over the next two years and includes the SK 315 and SK 415 as well as the strongest Peiner crane, the SK 575 with a maximum capacity of 32,000 kg and a maximum free standing hook height of 76 metres.
