New MD for Ramirent Finland

Ramirent has appointed Anna Hyvönen as managing director of Ramirent Finland and as such she will join the group management team. Her appointment is effective from June 2nd.

She will also take over the management of Ramirent’s operations in the Baltic countries from January 1st 2013. She will report to chief executive Magnus Rosén and replaces Kari Aulasmaa who announced his intention to leave last October, to take up a senior position in another industry.

Hyvönen, 43, joins the company from Kone, the elevator and escalator manufacturer, where she headed the maintenance business worldwide. Between 1995 and 2007 she held various international management positions at Nokia Networks and has, among other assignments, led maintenance business operations in Eastern Europe and South America and also been responsible for cost management.
