T&T Access Solutions insolvent

Romanian access rental company T&T Solutions SRL has been declared insolvent and a trustee has been appointed.

The court filing and official paperwork giving the company protection against its creditors was formally published by Bucharest Tribunal on May 17th, when the insolvency practitioner Berneanu Nicoleta Sofia was appointed. The company has until the end of this week to submit all relevant documents.

The creditors, of which there are several significant ones, have until the 9th of July to submit all claims against the company and the first creditors meeting will be held on August 14th at midday.

T&T owner managers are Marius Tabacu and Tudor Tatar, while Daniel Tatar is also a shareholder. The company was founded in 2006 and is said to employ 22, revenues in the first half of 2011 were 3.7 million Leu (€828,000 - or €135,000 a month)

In addition to a rental fleet said to be in the region of around 400 units, T&T is a distributor for Airo booms and scissor lifts and claims to have some form of distribution partnerships with Socage for truck mounts and Omme lifts for spider lifts.
