New CEO for Safway

US scaffold company Safway Services has announced that Bill Hayes will succeed Marc Wilson as chief executive.

Hayes joined Safway in February as chief operating officer and president, he was previously president of Honeywell Safety Products.

Wilson said: “Bill has quickly ramped up his learning of the business and our industry, and our management team and board have complete confidence in his ability to lead Safway going forward.”

“My 22 years at Safway have been very rewarding. I leave the leadership of Safway to a talented management team, and I am confident that Safway will continue to profitably grow in the years ahead.”
