Carlson joined Cramo as chief executive in 2005, prior to its acquisition by Finnish rental group Rakentajain Konevuokramo in 2006. Carlson was appointed deputy CEO of the merged group, which later adopted the Cramo name.
“Göran’s contribution in the initial integration process as well as in Cramo’s development into Europe’s second largest rental company in the years thereafter cannot be overestimated”, said chief executive Vesa Koivula,
“We wish him the best of luck in his new career”.
Carlson has yet to disclose where he is going - prior to joining Cramo most of his career was spent with Electrolux.
