Syrinx moves in Australia

UK based rental software developer Higher Concept has appointed Syrinx Hire Software as its exclusive reseller for Australia and New Zealand.

The Australian company was set up at the start of September by owners Al Emery and Tim Steel, using Higher Concept’s Syrinx Software branding. It is fully backed by the well established Momentum Software Solutions - of which Emery is managing director - with a team of 14 including a dedicated support team, a research and development team and marketing department.

Team members have been picked for their experience with business software, processes, implementation and training abilities and include technical specialists who can customise solutions when required.

Higher Concept has been active in the Australian rental market for some time and already has 162 local companies using its Syrinx rental software. A major driver for the move to the new reseller, was to step up the level of support to its existing users, in order to provide a strong base for further expansion.
