New product support manager for Manitex

US boom truck manufacturer Manitex has appointed Bob Bray as its new product support manager.

Bray has previously worked for Manitex as product support manager from 1993 to 1999. Since then he has held a number of different customer product jobs including service, replacement parts, training and warranty with several different companies.

Bob Bray

He joins the company from BAE Systems, where he was project manager, supporting equipment and training to the military in Afghanistan and Iraq. Prior to that he was a field service manager with Sandvik Tamrock, a regional service manager with Manitowoc Cranes and product support manager at H&E Equipment Services.

David Soriano

With Bray's appointment David Soriano moves from customer service manager to oversee the Documentation and Technical Writing department. He has over 25 years with Manitex cranes and has agreed to focus on streamlining and updating Manitex documentation in a role that reports to Bray.
