She joined the rental industry in 2007 when she moved to Volvo Rents as a sales representative. After less than four years she was promoted to assistant store manager and then became a regional trainer for the company the following year. Then in 2013 she was promoted to training manager.

Chief operating officer Mike Crouch said: “Molly is a true veteran of our industry and is extremely knowledgeable and customer-focused. We worked together at the former Volvo Rents, now BlueLine Rental, in developing training and processes. Molly will work closely with our rental team in identifying and developing new customers and fostering their relations with us.”

Frank added: “It is exciting to be part of Acme Lift and help with their expanding customer base and continue building and nurturing the company’s reputation for outstanding customer service”.
