BMS launches major platform expansion
Danish rental company BMS has announced a new international truck mounted lift strategy, following the appointment of Stefan Kulawik, to cover the German and UK markets earlier this month.
A major ingredient of the new initiative is a guarantee to have one of its trained specialists on site with a customer anywhere in Europe within 24 hours. The strategy, dubbed ‘E24’, is also part of a major expansion into larger truck mounted lift rental, Its all Palfinger/Wumag fleet includes four 103 metre WT1000 truck mounts on Faun All Terrain crane carriers.

BMS Lift Division director, Ib Steffensen said: “The ”E24” concept is aimed at the demanding lifting tasks of specialised workmen with difficult jobs at great heights, for instance while drilling, welding, painting, bricklaying or working with power. It can for example be bridges, mountain safety restraints, power plants, wind turbines or enormous platforms in the offshore industry”.
