New non-exec for Oshkosh
JLG owner Oshkosh has appointed Keith Allman - chief executive of Masco building products - as a new non-executive director. This latest addition take the Oshkosh board up to 13 directors, 12 of whom are non-executive.
Allman moved took up his current role in 2014, prior to that he was group president for its Plumbing & North American Cabinetry businesses and before that president of its Delta Faucet division. He joined the group in 1998, following a 13 year spell with General Motors in a variety of engineering and manufacturing roles. He also sits on the supervisory board of German tap maker Hansgrohe in which the company holds a 68 percent stake.
