Manitowoc ups its offer for Enodis
Manitowoc, has made a revised bid for the UK based food equipment manufacturer, Enodis, offering £2.20p a share.
See Manitowoc bids for British companyThe company had previously bid £2.10p a share which valued Enodis at £975 million. The renewed offer takes the bid to over a billion pounds.
The Enodis board has said that it is considering the offer.
