Haulotte and Zhongneng United to cooperate

Haulotte China and Zhongneng United Digital Technology have signed a strategic cooperation agreement, for electric scissor lifts.

The two companies will work together to drive the development of China's aerial work platform equipment rental market. The two say that they are “aiming at providing a comprehensive rental solution”.

In the agreement Haulotte will “share its experience to fully support the development of large rental enterprises like Zhongneng United”.

Haulotte and Zhongneng United celebrate the signing of a strategic cooperation agreement

Zhongneng was established in 2016 and is based in Nanjing, it specialises in platform rental, and claims to operate a fleet of 10,000 units, comprising scissor lifts, boom lifts and spider lifts from 32 cities across China, covering 21 provinces. The company also has an agreement with JLG, which until now has been its dominant western supplier boom and scissor lift supploier.

Wang Zhijun, general manager of Haulotte China said: "The aerial work platform equipment rental market in China is still growing these years, with great room for development and imagination. The cooperation between the two sides will create greater value for the market and the industry.”

Zhongneng United chief executive Yang Tianli added: “We believe in Haulotte's products and services, which have been proven by practice. We are very grateful to Haulotte for joining hands with us to seize the opportunity and push the construction rental and aerial work platform equipment market to develop more vigorously and healthily.”
