New role for Drabble

Ex Ashtead chief executive Geoff Drabble has been appointed as a non executive director and chairman designate of UK based plumbing products distributor Ferguson.

He stepped down from his role at Ashtead - owner of Sunbelt Rentals in the USA and A-Plant in the UK –at the start of the month He was replaced at Ashtead by Brendan Horgan.
