New director for Ring Power

US based Crane and Cat distributor Ring Power has appointed Chris Zeras to its board of directors

The move follows his appointment in April as senior vice president of the Heavy Equipment sales division, following the retirement of Tim Maguire.

Zeras joined Ring Power in 1998 as a sales coordinator at its Cat Rental Store in Orlando. He progressed through the ranks and in 2007 was appointed as heavy equipment sales representatives for Orange and Seminole counties, taking up his previous role as Orlando regional sales manager in 2011 - Dylan McCandless was promoted at the same time to take over that position.

Ring Power’s Heavy Equipment division handles a wide range of non Caterpillar equipment across Florida, including Genie aerial work platforms, National Crane and Manitex boom trucks, Terex utilities bucket trucks, Tadano Mantis telescopic crawler cranes, Elliot truck mounted platforms. The group’s crane division also handles Grove and Manitowoc cranes.
