Terex Cranes team for Americas
Terex Cranes has announced a new commercial team to manage sales, support and training efforts for its residual Rough Terrain and tower crane product lines in the Americas.
Chris Johnson has been appointed as director for Rough Terrain and tower crane sales for North America, while Manuel Vicuña Galarreta will be responsible for Central and South America. Both will report to Lee Maynard, global director of sales for tower and Rough Terrain cranes.
Johnson is currently director for sales and strategic initiatives and has been with Terex since 2003, having joined the company as national product manager Terex Financial Services before being promoted to national sales leader for cranes and materials processing. He will lead a small team that will have commercial responsibility for Rough Terrain and tower cranes in the United States, Canada and Mexico, which includes Mark Phillippi, Bryce Meier, Tony Cappellaro, Carolina Fein and Sandy Leeth.

Chris Johnson
Phillippi takes over as senior manager for Rough Terrain crane sales in North America, having rejoined Terex after retiring at the end of 2017. He had previously been director of sales for North America for 16 years.

Mark Phillippi
Meier has been appointed as regional business manager and sales training leader for Rough Terrain cranes, moving from his current role as regional business manager.

Bryce Meier
Cappellaro takes over as sales manager for tower cranes for North America, having been sales and support manager for tower cranes in the Americas for the past two years. Prior to that he worked in sales for Bigge Crane and Rigging.

Tony Cappellaro
Fein and Leit have been appointed as sales support specialists. Fein has been a sales analyst with Terex for five years, while Leeth joined Terex nine years ago as a customer service representative, before being promoted to tower crane product coordinator in 2015.

Sandy Leeth
Galarreta moves into a new role as senior regional sales manager for Rough Terrain and tower cranes in south and central America, He is currently senior regional business manager for Central America and the Caribbean, a position he has held since 2014 when he joined Terex from Palfinger, where he was business manager based in Chile. Prior to that he spent more than six years with General Motors Chile, having joined the company as a district sales manager in early 2007. He began his career in 2000 as a product manager with Agrosuper, moving to food company CIAL as a key account manager in 2003.

Maynard said: “These are important appointments that reestablish the global commercial organisation for Rough Terrain and tower cranes.
