New MD for Holland Lift

Holland Lift has appointed Chris Kochheim as managing director he joined the company officially last week and is currently working with interim managing director Rik van Sonsbeek who took over in 2017 when https://www.vertikal.net/en/news/story/28670/oudenbroek-leaves-holland-lift (Eline Oudenbroek left the company).

Kochheim has spent most of his career with the European division of Woodward, the US bases energy control and optimisation specialist for the aerospace and industrial markets- having started with the company as a field service engineer in 1995, moving up through a series of increasingly senior roles, until he was appointed operations manager in 2002. In 2005 he moved to a similar role at specialist print company Worldmark, re-joining Woodward in mid 2007 as site leader of the company’s Amsterdam operation. He left the company in mid 2017 having spent the previous six years as general manager of Power Generation, Distribution and Systems in Germany, and Poland. Since then he has worked as an interim manager with several companies, including storage silo specialist TECS Netherlands.

The company announcement said: “Chris Kochheim’s background in process improvements in combination with his managerial experience will be a valuable asset to Holland Lift in its pursuit for further growth and excellence.”
