Michigan manager for Walter Payton

US crane distributor Walter Payton Power Equipment has appointed Vince Voetberg as sales manager for the state of Michigan.

Voetberg will be directly responsible for the sales, rentals and aftermarket support for full Grove telescopic and Manitowoc lattice crawler crane product lines throughout for all but the south west part of the state. He will also be responsible for the new product specialist position which focuses on sales, rentals and aftermarket support for boom trucks, knuckle booms and high capacity and 360 degree telehandlers.

He joins the company from Jeffers Crane Service, where he has been a manager for the Michigan region since 1999. Prior to that he worked for 10 years with gantry crane specialist Mi-Jack Products, which is also owned by Walter Payton parent the Lanco group.

Vince Voetberg

Voetberg said: “Having a wide range of crane industry experience all within the state of Michigan, I feel I am the right person for the job. My motto is, my phone is always on so please call me anytime. I am excited to be back with the Lanco group.”
