Three new Riwal depots

Dutch international access and telehandler rental group Riwal plans to open three new depots one in France, on in the Netherlands and one in Croatia.

The company’s new French depot will be located in Ecquevilly, west of Paris, and will serve customers in the Île de France region. It will take the number of Riwal locations in France to three, with a fleet of 1,000 machines. The new depot will also be certified to lead CACES training, for aerial lift and telehandler operators, along with other types of safety training.

The Netherlands depot will be in Zwolle in the north east. The company says the location increases its presence in an area that was previously not covered by a local outlet. The new facility has been designed to contribute to the company’s sustainability strategy.

Riwal’s Croatian depot is in Rijeka on the west coast, and close to the highway towards Zagreb, serving an economy that relies heavily on maritime transport and shipbuilding, Riwal plans focus on customers working on port expansion developments.

The new locations follow the recent opening of Riwal UK’s new depot in Hemel Hempstead.
