New chairman for Trackunit

Danish telematics supplier Trackunit has appointed Franck Cohen as chairman.
In his new role he will "spearhead" Trackunit's strategy and business development with a strong focus on advancing the company’s technology and working with leading companies.

Trackunit has grown rapidly as the use of telematics on a wider range of equipment and rental companies have started using the technology. A company statement said: “Taking advantage of these market opportunities requires an experienced leader with strong strategic and analytic abilities. Mr Cohen’s skillset complements Trackunit’s leadership and existing board of directors.”

Franck Cohen

Cohen is based in Paris and was previously president of SAP Digital Core & Industry Solutions for the Europe, Africa and Middle East region, and has been a pioneer of cloud enterprise software. He has also joined the board of Antuit, an AI solutions company that has backing from Goldman Sachs.

Chief executive Jorgen Raguse said: "Being recognised as a true market leader requires differentiation, innovative product development and sustainable customer value. Franck Cohen is an obvious choice for leading Trackunit on this journey and mapping out our strategic direction."
