Versalift UK has appointed David Northover to the newly created role of service manager.
Based at the company’s Burton Latimer location in Northamptonshire, he will report to Versalift UK’s product support manager, Neil Ashton, and be responsible for the day to day management of the company’s service workshops as well as overseeing the team of workshop and field based service engineers.
Northover joined Versalift in 2008 as a stores co-ordinator before moving into the service department in 2011 as a spare parts sales co-ordinator. He then became a service office supervisor before he was promoted to service division supervisor. Prior to joining Versalift, Northover spent close to 10 years with Wilco Motor Spares as assistant manager.

Ashton added: “Having worked for Versalift for ten years, David has a wealth of experience and is well placed to drive the service department forward. I wish him every success in his new role.”
