Manitex adds to sales team

US based crane and boom truck manufacturer Manitex has appointed Bill Boers as regional business manager for articulated cranes.

He joins the company from Hodgkins, Illinois based truck mounted crane dealer and rental company Runnion Equipment, where he has been national account manager for the past 10 years having joined the company in 1994.

In his new role with Manitex, he will be responsible for increasing the market penetration for the PM built Manitex branded articulated loader cranes in North America. Speaking of his new appointment he said: “I look forward to working with the Manitex team and am very excited about the opportunity to face new challenges, as well as grow and share more within the crane industry."
