ATN takes Jekko distribution

French aerial lifts manufacturer ATN has taken over the distribution of Jekko spider, pick & carry and mini crawler cranes in France from Fassi France.

ATN is wholly owned by Fassi, while Fassi has a significant minority stake in Jekko. Fassi France launched Jekko products in France and has been the distributor for around 10 years. However many companies find that spider cranes fit better with aerial work platforms in terms of selling, distribution and after sales support, than they do with large crane distributors or for that matter loader crane dealers.

Fassi acquired ATN in 2018 when it rescued the business from ongoing insolvency proceedings that had shut down production. It is closely affiliated with Fassi France, so this is more of a move of responsibilities than a major change.
