New GM for Kranlyft UK

Kranlyft has appointed Eddie Charity as sales director and general manager of it UK operation Kranlyft UK. He officially takes over as general manager at the start of August. Charity joins the company after four years with UK telehandler and excavator rental company Plantforce where he has been responsible for sales, having joined the business in 2015 as national sales manager.

Eddie Charity

He began his construction related career in 2006 as UK sales manager for wall tie and fixings manufacturer Helifix. In 2011 left the company to join hydraulic excavator attachment manufacturer and distributor Digga Europe, as general manager. The European arm of the Australian business was responsible for manufacturing and distributing a product range that included auger drives and trenchers, throughout Europe.

Kranlyft group chief executive Jurgen Vater said: ”We are very pleased that Eddie Charity will be joining our team, and look forward to working together, expanding further on the strong foundation we have at Kranlyft UK.
