Smart branches out
UK based vehicle mounted access rental company Smart Platforms is expanding its operations and looking to recruit.
The company says that it is planning to expand its truck mounted aerial work platform range from its main focus on the 3.5 tonne self-drive market to larger models. It has already added several larger units and now offers units up to 51 metres, having taken its first
Ruthmann 510HF in mid-2018. In March it added two Brontos, a 35 metre
Bronto Skylift S35EM and a 38 metre S38XDT. In addition it is evaluating a number of new locations to add to its current depot network which currently includes London, Bristol, Birmingham, Manchester and Sheffield.
As a result it is one of the few business actively recruiting, saying that it is looking for staff to fill various new opportunities, particularly on the sales side where it says it has room for seasoned truck mount rental business developers in numerous locations across the UK. Check out the
