TVH Americas builds sales team

Replacement parts company TVH in the Americas has announced three new appointments to its international sales team.

Jeannette Robinson has been promoted to international sales director. She joined TVH as marketing manager when it acquired Chicago based forklift parts supplier IMC Holdings - owner of SMH/LPM and Intrupa - in 2007. She had started out with IMC in 2001 as a finance assistant, progressing to customer service manager prior to the takeover by TVH. In 2105, she was promoted to corporate marketing and communications manager and then global marketing director last year, with responsibility for managing the marketing departments in both the Americas and Europe, combining them into a single team.

Dirk von Holt, president of TVH, said: “Jeannette has a very thorough understanding of our customers and their expectations and is a great fit to take the lead in continuing the growth of our international customer base in the Americas. I am confident that her experience, dedication and leadership skills will ensure her success in this new role.”

At the same time assistant international sales manager Martin Fajardo has been promoted to business development manager. He joined the TVH America’s international sales team in 2005. In his new position he will continue to work closely with customers in South America.

Finally, Erika Fitzgerald has been promoted to inside sales supervisor, she joined the company in 2012 as a customer service representative responsible for supporting customers in Colombia and Venezuela. In 2017, she was promoted to a more senior role working with customers across South America. She will now be responsible for the international inside sales and customer support team.
