Double appointment at Quick Reach

UK rental company Quick Reach has appointed Robert Dillon as sales and business director and Katrina McMahon as business development manager for the north.

Dillon joins Quick Reach from Rapid Access - the Middle East division of Loxam - where he was regional major projects & accounts manager. He began his access career when he joined Nationwide Platforms in 2006 as an area sales manager before moving to Rapid Access Saudi Arabia in 2014 as major projects manager for the Eastern region. In 2017 he moved back to the UK, joining AFI as regional sales and operations manager. Six months later however he re-joined Rapid Access as regional major projects & accounts manager for Saudi Arabia and Bahrain.

Quick Reach director, David Barton, said: “Having worked with Robert for many years in my previous roles, he comes with a great wealth of experience, internationally and in the UK. He arrives with a clear remit to further develop the Quick Reach business and growth strategy and work within the operating board of associate Directors. Robert will initially be assisting John Stewart with the continued growth and success we are experiencing in Scotland as we look to develop the business further.”

Dillion’s appointment was followed by the appointment of McMahon as business development manager for the north. She also joins the company from Nationwide Platforms where until recently she was account manager and ISM team leader. She joined the company in 2010 as area sales manager for Glasgow and western Scotland. Since then she has held a number of increasingly senior roles in Scotland and London.

Katrina McMahon joins the company from Nationwide Platforms

Founded in 2014, Quick Reach operates from Manchester, London, West Bromwich, Doncaster and Wishaw in Scotland. The company’s fleet includes push arounds, scissor and spider lifts, mast and articulated booms and telehandlers.
