Fatality at Time Versalift facility

A man died yesterday at the Time Versalift Southwest distribution facility in Waco, Texas.

Few details are available, but Waco Police said the incident involved “some type of heavy equipment was involved in the accident.” Most likely it occurred during the mounting of a platform to a chassis at the distribution facility. The Waco police and the U.S. Occupational Safety & Health Administration (OSHA) are investigating the incident.

The man has now been named as Wesley Allan Reinke, 32, it was said that a ‘crane’ fell on him, striking him in the head. But we understand that it was a platform. The company is not commenting, and the case is subject to a legal claim.
