New non-exec for Boom

Australian crane and access rental company Boom Logistics has appointed Kieran Pryke as an independent non-executive director. He fills a casual vacancy on the board and, following his appointment, will chair the board’s audit committee.

Pryke has spent 25 years in the property and construction markets, most recently as an executive board member with Melbourne based developer and contractor Grocon, having joined the business in 2016. Prior to that he worked with General Property Trust as chief financial officer, spent nine years with Lendlease Corporation’s construction, development and investment management divisions, and has also worked with Australand Property group. He is a non-executive director of Aventus Capital, where he chairs the audit, risk and compliance committee, GFM Investment Management and Ozharvest, a not for profit organisation which distributes surplus food to the needy.
