New head for ZF off highway
Transmissions and driveline component manufacturer ZF has appointed Daniel Härter as head of its off-highway and test systems division which builds axles and transmissions for construction and agricultural machinery.
Harter joined ZF Commercial Vehicle Axle Systems in 2003 as head of product management and cost planning, having spent the previous three years with Robert Bosch. In 2004 he was appointed as manager for construction machinery axles and since 2014 has worked in the marine and special driveline operation. He takes over from Udo Kneitz, who left the company at the end of last year, with Alexander Seeliger managing the job on interim basis since then.
