New mega boom & scissor factory
Dingli has broken ground on a brand new 240,000 square metre big boom production plant on a 365 acre plot.

The ground breaking ceremony
The new development is Phase Five of the manufacturers development plans. The total cost of the investment is Cny\¥ 2.2 billion ($315 million). It will have the capacity to build 4,000 large platforms a year, including electric booms from 36 to 50 metres, a new line of heavy duty electric scissor lifts with working heights from 33 to 36 metres, and a new line of insulated truck mounted platforms. The new facility is due to be completed by 2025.

The new facility will include the latest intelligent management and manufacturing as well as being among the most environmentally sustainable. The new insulated truck mounted line of work platforms has been inspired by and developed in partnership with German manufacturer Teupen, in which Dingli acquired a 25 percent stake in 2020.
