Time names European president
Time Manufacturing has promoted Versalift International’s managing director Kim Bach Jensen to president of Time Manufacturing Europe. The move follows the
acquisition of France's FE Group -France Elévateur - yesterday.
In his new role, Jensen will be responsible for the management and oversight of all Time manufacturing and distribution operations in Europe. This currently includes Versalift, Ruthmann, Bluelift and now France Elevateur and Movex. He will report to Time Manufacturing president Jay Jeffrey.

Speaking of the move, Jeffrey said: "Time Manufacturing continues to expand its brand offerings and products across Europe and around the world. Kim has the experience and skill set to successfully move us forward. Since his appointment as managing director in 2016, Jensen has successfully transformed what was a family run business into a private equity owned business and has been instrumental in strengthening the Versalift Europe organisation by building up new, and resilient relationships between all the Versalift groups.”
Jensen joined Time Versalift in 2009 as head of administration, finance, IT and management systems. Prior to that he worked with companies such as Nilfisk Egholm and the Samson Group, and was an accountant with Kroyer Pedersen and Deloitte.
He took over his current role from Per Cæsar Torp in January 2018.
Jensen said: "l'm really proud to be able to make a key contribution in bringing our fantastic European teams even closer together, not only to ensure a successful implementation of our strategy, but also to secure that Time Manufacturing will be our customers preferable partner in the future to come."
Martin Lybæk Christiansen replaces Jensen as managing director of Versalift Denmark, he has been the company’s chief financial officer since joining the business in 2018. He previously worked with KMD software, Siemens and Bang & Olufsen.
